Tri-State Member Support Fund
Our Member Support Fund designed to uplift and support Tri-State HRMA members facing financial hardship by providing timely, confidential professional development financial assistance during moments of personal or professional need. Rooted in our commitment to empathy, equity, and mutual aid, this fund strengthens our HR community by ensuring that no member navigates difficulty alone. Together, we foster resilience, restore stability, and honor the spirit of care that defines our profession.

Members requiring financial support can request assistance from the Member Support Fund to be used towards Tri-State run events and programs on a case by case basis. Please Note:
Applicant must be a Tri-State HRMA member in good standing for at least 6 months.
Applicant must demonstrate financial need and intent to use funds for Tri-State professional development.
All applications are treated as confidential. Only members of the Executive Board or the chapter administrator may access identifying information.
Applicants will receive notice of approval or denial within 5 days of submission via email.
