As a certified career professional and résumé writer, Diane has coached job seekers on job search strategies, interview skills, and advanced LinkedIn tactics for over 15 years. Earlier in her career, Diane led Outplacement workshops for Right Management Consultants and worked as recruiter for The Rosen Group.  She earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources/Organizational Psychology from Teacher’s College at Columbia University and her Bachelor’s from Rutgers University. She is an active member of Tri-State HR as well as several career organizations.
