Judey Napoli, VP of Staffing – Emerson Group
Judey Napoli is a seasoned veteran in the staffing industry who brought over a decade of expertise in staffing and HR when she joined the Emerson team in 2011. She offers a unique perspective on recruiting, having traversed both the staffing and corporate spheres, with prior experience at a Fortune 100 company. Currently, Judey is VP of Staffing and serves as a member of Emerson Group’s Financial Planning and Leadership Teams. She is a dedicated mentor in her workplace and with several external associations including the American Staffing Association’s “Mentor Match Program,” the Y’s Women’s Opportunity Center, and Hopeworks, a youth group in Camden City. Judey is a dedicated and active member with Tri-State HR including serving on the Student Relations committee.
On a personal level, Judey holds a B.S. in Business Communications from Southern Connecticut State University and, after a past life as a marathon runner, now finds solace and strength in Pilates

Scott Rosen, CEO/Founder, HR Expert –The Rosen Group
A prolific speaker, webinar, conference host, HR industry leader, entrepreneur, and author, Scott Rosen is the founder and president of the Rosen Group since 1995. The Rosen Group has grown over the years into a leading staffing firm which specializes in HR. Scott’s responsibilities include management, sales, marketing, recruiting, finance and operations. Prior to starting his own company, Scott spent 20 years in corporate America. The first half of that time was in operations management with Prudential and Cigna and the second half of that time was in HR Management as a generalist with Reliance Insurance Company, Travelers Mortgage and GE Capital.
Scott is also the founder and one of the managing partners of the HR Department of the Year Awards –recognizing the best in HR performance in the Philadelphia area. Nicole Goodwin, Director of Recruiting & Operations – FirstPRO, Philadelphia
Nicole Goodwin has been with firstPRO since October 2012 and has been promoted three times due to her continued success. Holding the title of Director of Recruiting and Operations in the Philadelphia office, she oversees seven Senior Recruiters in the Accounting and Finance Contract division. Additionally, she continues to match great talent with clients all over the Philadelphia and surrounding region, as well as handles operational functions for the firm. Nicole started her career in sales and shortly after was offered an opportunity to be a Recruiter for a local staffing firm; where she played an integral part in the opening a new office location. She has since developed a diverse background within the recruiting world including experience in corporate recruiting within the financial services and legal industries prior to joining to firstPRO.
Nicole holds her bachelor’s degree in Communications from West Chester University and enjoys spending time with her family, exploring this amazing city and attending any Philadelphia sports event – GO BIRDS!
