The Power of the Ask: How Productively Curious Questions can Transform your Life, Leadership & Relationships

Presented by:
Adina B. Tovell, MBA, M.Ed., CPC
& Lauren Yellin Weinberg, MS, NBC-HWC
Courage to be Curious, LLC

  • How many questions do you ask in a day and how impactful are those questions?
  • When was the last time you asked a question that literally stopped someone in their tracks?
  • Caused a pivot in thinking?
  • Got quickly to the root of a problem?
  • Opened up a level of connection with another person that deeply surprised you?

As much as a company may sell products and services, every organization is in the relationship business! As HR professionals, you know that whether a company employs 100 people or 100,000 people, the most challenging part of any organization is managing the complexities of the human relationships. Getting comfortable with the uncomfortable and transforming conversations through courageous and productively curious questions is now an essential skill to strengthen relationships, build trust, and ensure a respectful work environment.

Adina Tovell and Lauren Yellin Weinberg are nationally recognized Curiosity Advocates and communication specialists who will have you thinking about how the questions you ask impact the culture of your organization, all of your relationships (both personal and professional), and your own process of growth and development. Walk away not only having experienced compelling curiosity, but with a masterfully crafted Productively Curious Question (PCQ) that you can put to use right away.

While most people are focused on finding solutions, one of the most overlooked yet essential leadership skills is the capacity to pause and be curious. This is where creativity is sparked, relationships are strengthened, and organizational culture is shaped. Join us to experience the compelling power of curiosity.
