In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic there are a lot of emotions that we are all feeling, fear, sadness, anxiety, anger, uncertainty, stress, adapting to a “new normal” and so much more. Join us for a  Mindful Leadership training to help us be more centered, grounded, focused, and present during this chaotic time.

In this session you will learn the reason why mindfulness is essential for every leader, especially during this pandemic, neuroscience studies of how this affects our brains and very specific, tangible tools to help us be more present and effective.

Let’s train ourselves to be calm leaders in the midst of this chaos. We hope you will join us.

Webinar Details:
  • Meetings can be accessed from any device that is connected to internet or data. This includes your computer or cell phone.
  • If you have a webcam, you are not required to be visible. You will be given the option to turn your camera off or simply join by calling into the meeting line.
  • Attendees will be muted during the meeting. If you have any questions, a chat box will be available for you.
  • The meeting will begin promptly at 1pm. We encourage attendees to open the meeting 30 minutes prior to make sure all technical functions are working properly.
  • You will STILL receive credit for attending this webinar!
