Presenter – Gaetan Giannini, Ed.D., Vice President of Graduate & Adult Education, Alvernia University
Gaetan Giannini is Vice President of Graduate and Adult Education at Alvernia University, where he leads strategic initiatives to expand access and opportunities for adult learners and graduate students. He has extensive experience in higher education leadership, previously serving as Department Chair and Assistant Professor at DeSales University, Dean of Business and Entrepreneurial Initiatives at Montgomery County Community College, and Dean of the School of Adult and Graduate Education and Chief Marketing Officer at Cedar Crest College. In these roles, he has guided program development, fostered industry and community partnerships, and advanced innovative approaches to student success.
He is the author of Marketing Public Relations: A Marketer’s Approach to Public Relations and Social Media (Pearson, 2010) and continues to research and publish in areas including non-traditional student engagement, philanthropy, and higher education marketing. His career reflects a commitment to expanding educational access and creating pathways for lifelong learning.
