Moderated by: Scott Rosen

Unlock new levels of growth! To drive employee engagement, retention and ultimately, ROI, you need to create a culture which adapts and evolves to meet the ever-changing needs of your workforce. If you provide your employees with the flexibility and the support they need to fully engage with their work, they will, in turn, help your business reach new levels of success.

Moderated by HR Department of the Year founder, Scott Rosen, learn from SEI’s Head of Culture, Engagement, and Inclusion, Marla Carson, and longtime HR solutions strategies, Alice Lindenauer in a lively discussion.
