“How Does Your Organization Grow?”

Throughout a hot New Jersey summer, Anastasia realized how her adventures in her home garden connected so closely to her career in Leadership, Organizational Development, Talent and Human Resources. From there, a brand was born – The GardenHR! Anastasia quickly recognized that each phase of the planting life cycle ties to people, processes and concerns facing every business leader and HR practitioner: goals, strategy, risk, recruitment, branding, onboarding, skills, development, organizational partnerships and more.
Anastasia shares authentic stories about her own career growth and even a setback or two and how keeping her hands in the soil and her feet on the ground has cultivated fresh ideas about aligning her career and her passion.

During this session participants will hear Anastasia’s funny anecdotes and how her time in the garden provides fresh perspective on how she approaches HR, business, leadership, and life in general. Participants have the same opportunity to challenge their way of thinking about how they grow their business, their careers, and their approach to leadership & Human Resources:
- How to identify similar challenges within their businesses, strategies, teams and employees
- Working to develop leaders, and grow managers’ and employees’ skills
- Identifying the passion they have outside of their work and how to relate it to their careers how to use that passion to nurture themselves, their families, their networks
Anastasia Branco is a Business & HR consultant helping clients build strategies that drive their business success and bottom line through building organizations, establishing employment brands, assessing and building talent attraction, retention, and management processes, and recommending and implementing HR initiatives. She founded AB Talent & HR Solutions LLC to help entrepreneurs, small businesses and medium-sized businesses realize the value of HR in impacting their business growth. She has led Recruiting & HR in consumer products, chemicals, manufacturing, and E-Commerce, including brands such as SHEEX, Coca-Cola and Solenis.
Anastasia earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MSBA in HR Management from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, in addition to achieving SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. Anastasia resides with her husband & dogs in NJ, where she struggles with weeds in her garden, explores new recipes, and watches favorite black and white classic movies.
