The primary purpose of the People Operations Coordinator is to assist with the functions and tasks of the Operations department, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, record keeping and related HIG team member processes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruiting strategy, to include review, schedule, and follow up with potential applicants, Assist in the process of on-boarding, off-boarding team members, enrollment in pre-licensing education and assist in CE program, Handbook, Total CSR training, Wellness committee, team member events and other related People Operations tasks.
Qualifications:
Possess Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or 5-10 years experience in Human Resources with strong Recruiter experience. Must be willing to travel to Marlton and/or Vineland
