“Leading with Cultural Competency and Humanity”

Presented by: Dr. June DePonte Sernak

Leading global organizations requires a vast level of expertise. Understanding our cultural biases and self-reflecting on our own ethical beliefs play a critical role in leadership. At the core of this practice is humility as we give each other grace while we navigate the complexities of disparities in our communities. Cultural Competency and Humanity marry concepts of self-reflection, barriers to belonging and the art of accountability. Learn more about the tools to lead with cultural and emotional intelligence with cultural and linguistically appropriate service standards.
