Communicating With Impact in a Hybrid Work Environment

Presented by:
Suzanne McCall, Learning and Development Consultant

Leadership has never seemed so daunting. This is the sentiment we have heard from experienced leaders over the last 18-24 months.

Leaders, at all levels, have been developing their communication strategies and skills over many years. A key concern in today’s world is focused on how leaders can expand their communication platforms influence, inspire, and impact in a wide array of landscapes.

The demand on our personal communication bandwidth has increased exponentially over the last year and a half. We need to get results in person, remotely, and at times with a group that is a hybrid mixture, perhaps participating from all parts of the world.

This hour-long session is all about moving from daunting to doable by shifting your mindset and adding a few strategies and tools to your everyday practice.

Learning objectives include:

  • Reframing your mental approach to connected communication in a hybrid world
  • Locking in a quick foolproof plan before every interaction
  • Expanding your awareness potential during a hybrid conversation
  • Driving results through intentional communication
