Genevieve has global industry experience in the fields of Coaching, Diversity, Leadership Development and Business Consulting with a strong foundation in Technology.

Her clients include and are not limited to executives, scientists, technologists and financial leaders across industries.

She offers a comprehensive approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Leadership Development.  She has over ten thousand hours in Executive Coaching, Visioning, Organizational Analysis, Culture Creation, Strategy Alignment, Partnerships and Business Consulting in both the Public and Private sectors.

Her experience has taken her around the world and allowed her to work with great minds to collaborate on advanced Technology.  In organizations she also examines the impact of inclusion on productivity in the workplace and in the communities’ organizations’ serve.  She is an early contributor in culture-based decision making in Global organizations.  She has served as an adjunct professor preparing Human Resource Managers.  She is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and enjoys communications and leadership development.  Clients call her a Trusted Advisor.

Her academic/certifications include: Hood College – BA in Psychology (Education minor) American University:  School of Public Affairs/National Training Laboratories (AU/NTL) – MS in Organizational Development and Cornell University for certification as a Cornell Certified Diversity Professional / Advanced Practitioner (CCDP/AP), Mitchell R. Hammer:  Intercultural Competence, Transition Management Certification – William Bridges.  Her Career Transition experience includes over 4500 hours in coaching.
