Ken Kramer is a seasoned HR leader with more than 20 years of experience driving talent acquisition, compliance, leadership development, and workforce strategy in industries ranging from logistics and manufacturing to life sciences and financial services. He currently serves as HR Director for Marine Equipment & Supply Company (MESCO) and Seacoast Distributors, where he oversees HR operations across multiple locations and partners with leadership to align people strategy with business success.
Known for building strong business partnerships and delivering measurable results, Ken has reduced turnover, improved leadership effectiveness, and driven cost savings through strategic HR initiatives. A SHRM-SCP certified professional, he is active in several HR associations and contributes his time as a mentor and volunteer in workforce readiness programs, reflecting his belief in developing people and strengthening communities.
