She has over 15 years in Human Resources including Recruitment, Training, and Outplacement. She holds certifications in résumé writing (CPRW), job search (CHJMC), and in interview skills (CEIP). Her résumés and job search advice appear in several publications, and she is a public speaker on these topics. Diane is an active member of several coaching and résumé organizations including Tri-State Human Resources Management Association and the National Résumé Writers Association and Tri-State Human Resources Management Assoc. She holds a Masters degree in Human Resources/Organizational Psychology from Columbia University/Teachers College.
